ProspEx is committed to operating safely at all times, and to meeting or exceeding industry standards and regulatory requirements in order to safeguard human health and protect the environment. ProspEx has an environment, health and safety policy that includes the following major elements:
- A commitment to protecting human health and the environment.
- A commitment to meet or exceed all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Prompt response to all emergencies with appropriate action to minimize the consequences and repair any damages attributable to the incident.
- The belief that accident prevention depends on the joint efforts of all personnel.
- Timely and accurate reporting of all incidents, unsafe conditions or unsafe work practices.
- Appropriate training and monitoring of staff and contractors and inspection of facilities.
Emergency Response Plans are to be maintained and collaborative efforts with other industry organizations and local communities will be encouraged.
