Jean-Paul H. Lachance
Vice President, Engineering

Prior to ProspEx, Mr. Lachance was a Senior Reservoir Engineer with Esprit Exploration Ltd. and prior to Esprit held positions with both Marathon Canada Limited and Chevron Canada Resources. He has worked for 19 years in the oil and gas industry in many engineering capacities as a Facilities, Production and Reservoir Engineer. Mr. Lachance has worked extensively on shallow and deep, sweet and sour gas plays throughout Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. His diverse experience is applicable to all of ProspEx’s plays.

Mr. Lachance has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering) Degree from the University of Waterloo and is Professional Engineer and member of APEGGA.

Mr. McFarlane brings more than 18 years experience serving in various exploration and leadership capacities over the course of his career at Amoco Canada, Canadian Hunter Exploration, Burlington Resources and, most recently, Kereco Energy. Mr. McFarlane's extensive deep basin exploration and management expertise will be an asset to ProspEx as the company continues to grow.

Mr. McFarlane graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and from Queens University in 1992 with a Master of Science, he has been a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG) since 1999.

Prior to joining ProspEx, Mr. Parkinson was the Vice President, Land of Berland Exploration Ltd., a private, junior oil and gas company that was acquired in January 2006 by Berens Energy Ltd. Mr. Parkinson has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry working in senior positions with Vermillion Energy Trust, Devon Canada Corporation and Anderson Exploration Ltd. during his 16-year career.

Mr. Parkinson has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL).

Mr. Rossall has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of ProspEx since inception in 2004.  He has over 25 years of oil and gas exploration and production experience, the majoirty of which has been spent in the deep basin gas trend in Alberta and British Columbia.  Prior to joining ProspEx, Mr. Rossall was Vice President, North Business Unit at Burlington Resources Canada.  Prior to his experience at Burlington, Mr. Rossall spent 11 years at Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd. in a succession of technical and management roles, and led Canadian Hunter's Deep Basin business at the time of the acquisition of Canadian Hunter by Burlington Resources.

Mr. Rossall earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) Degree from the University of Waterloo and later attended the Harvard Business School. Mr. Rossall is a Professional Engineer and a member of APEGGA.

Prior to joining ProspEx, Mr. Yee was Controller at Esprit Exploration Ltd. and prior to Esprit held similar positions at Burlington Resources Canada and Canadian Hunter. Mr. Yee brings significant financial management experience to his role at ProspEx.

Mr. Yee earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989, and completed his Master of Business Administration degree in 2000 at the University of Calgary.
